Bouquets By Carolyn

I placed an order on 3/18, for delivery on 3/19. The order wasn't delivered until 3/20. I called to get refunded. The old bag on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and would not even consider any reimbursement. I paid over $100 for a service that didn't happen. I was very calm, respectful & polite on the phone. I wanted to give a local, small business the money. I learned my lesson, joke is in me, I guess. I will obviously never use this place again. And I'll be sure to spread the word how awful they are too.

A heartfelt, personable, & incredibly well run business. The exact kind the community is in desperate need of. I would highly recommend for any of your specialty item or floral needs!

Carolyn is amazing. I shared my idea with her to buy myself flowers weekly and she has been exceeding my expectations ever since. Every time I walk past them, I have to stop, stare, and smell. Extremely satisfied!

I received flowers from Carolyn for my 30th birthday last year and they’ve been my local florist ever since! They call and make sure you’re home so that the flowers aren’t out in the cold. A+ customer service. Just put in an order to send flowers to a friend and service was speedy and it was easy to place an order! The card was handwritten which is always such a nice touch.

We were caught by surprise by a sudden illness in the family. While other florists had (and still have) long wait times, Bouquets by Carolyn answered the phone and with a wonderful attitude, and was able to design, construct, and deliver the flowers just a couple hours after our order. They came out beautifully and were well worth the reasonable price. And best of all, it's a black woman owned business! We highly recommend this florist above all others. Thank you for your attention and support in sending this thoughtful, gorgeous gift.
